What counts as an active runtime
A runtime is active if it received traffic in the last 30 days. Idle runtimes auto-pause and don't count toward your quota.
What counts as a message
Every user-bot exchange. Whether it goes through chat, API, Slack, or webhook, it's one message. Tool calls and reasoning steps within a single exchange don't count individually.
Going over
When you hit the message cap on Pro, additional messages bill at the metered rate. Free hard-stops, so bots pause until next cycle or you upgrade.
