Manage Subscription

Upgrade, downgrade, switch cycles, cancel.

Billing → Subscription is where everything lives. Most changes take effect on the next cycle.

Upgrade

Click Upgrade, pick the new plan. Upgrades prorate. You're charged for the difference immediately and the cycle keeps going from where it was.

Downgrade

Click Downgrade. Applies at the end of the current cycle (you keep what you paid for). If your current usage is already over the lower tier's limits, ShipClaw warns you and asks to confirm.

Switching billing cycle

Toggle between monthly and annual. Annual is cheaper per month. Monthly to annual prorates the unused portion as credit. Annual to monthly applies on renewal.

Cancelling

Billing → Subscription → Cancel. The plan stays active until the cycle ends, then drops to Free. Bots running over Free's limits auto-pause, so you don't get a surprise.

You can resume any time from the same screen.

Invoices

Billing → Invoices has every charge with downloadable PDFs. Polar emails receipts to the workspace owner. To copy other people, add them in Billing → Notifications.

When a charge fails

ShipClaw retries 3 times over 7 days. After that, the workspace pauses. Bots stop receiving traffic but data is preserved. Update your card and traffic resumes.

Refunds

For one-off issues, contact support. Refund eligibility follows Polar's refund policy.
